Luis was born in Mendoza, Argentina, where food, family and fire are at the centre of every gathering. After earning his culinary degree, he moved to London in 2013 with his wife and has since worked at Gaucho, Maze Grill by Gordon Ramsay, and as a private chef for Premier League players and Argentinian footballers living in the UK.
